Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

I checked the oil change option and engine diagnostic option online. I dropped it off at the times they showed I could and was then told it couldn't be done until tomorrow. They then charged me for the most expensive oil change they could after not asking what kind I wanted and charged me $200 for the engine diagnostic which a price is not shown on their website and they didn't mention would cost that much. Especially frustrating when other places will diagnose for free. When they gave me my diagnostic they didn't mention what was causing my abs and traction control light to be on. Would not recommend their Elizabethtown KY location.

They broke 3 of the lug nuts off of my 2019 f250 and then couldn't take them off with an extractor. They said they had to pull the axels out of the rear end to get the tires off but they couldn’t do that at their shop and asked me to take the vehicle somewhere else instead of drilling out the wheel studs like everyone else on google not pleased they blamed the previous shop for over torquing the lug nuts even tho all where torqued the same and they only had trouble with 3 of them all the rest came off just fine when they showed me the broken lugs they had a impact and breaker bar out by my truck when they said they broke them with just the breaker bar and instead of owning up to breaking my lug nuts and drilling out the wheel studs now I'm drilling out the wheel studs because your mechanic is to lazy to do it or doesn't know how to use google because everyone just drills the studs out nobody pulls axels when they snap a lug nut will not be back do not recommend.

Purchased tires through GoodYear online and had shipped to Ken Towery. They notified me when tires were there and scheduled an appointment with in a couple days. They checked my front end alignment and showed me the printout before performing the service. I also had rear brake pads replaced. The service department was quick and proficient. The front desk informed me of their military discount because I was wearing my Retired Army cap which I wasn’t even aware of. These guys were great and I definitely recommend this business for your auto care!

First, the answering service is nice but doesn't really know how to schedule service. It's nice because someone answers immediately, (it took Big O literally 10 minutes to answer my call). They scheduled me at 6:30 pm to repair two flat tires. I received a call right back from the shop to see if I could get my vehicle there any earlier. I would have had to leave my car there overnight because they close at 7:00 pm. Thirty minutes is not enough time to fix what ended up being three nail holes. Second, the fella at the desk was super nice & informative. He showed me the patch and explained how it works. Some ladies might not appreciate that information but I certainly did. All around very professional & we even had a couple laughs. He earned my business & probably needs a raise.

I had my tires rotated and balanced which was fine but then I get a call this morning from their insurance company stating that their tech forgot to put truck in park and it rolled into another vehicle. Ken towery employees never told my wife that this happened to my truck. When the insurance àdjuster contacted me they said that the employee did notify my wife but there was no damage to my truck. Again I must state they did not tell my wife this occurred. When I walked out this morning to check my rear bumper as per instructions from insurance àdjuster there is slight damage to my paint. The management should have done the right thing and notified her. I'm really disappointed in ken towerys management in Elizabethtown Kentucky. I thought they were more honest than that.
